Who authorizes it? Which exact program does it cover? What record will remain after graduation?
Similar words can carry different consequences.
Completion, certification, accreditation, approval, licensure, and legal authority are not interchangeable.
Your desire to help should never be used against you.
Pressure, urgency, and emotion are not substitutes for transparent costs, outcomes, and written answers.
